Return Authorisation Form
It is our highest priority to deliver to you a product that is to your utmost satisfaction. Being an online store we do understand you may need to return an item occasionally. We don’t refund or exchange, we will only issue you with a credit note as long as the garments still have the original tags attached & haven’t been worn or washed. All returned garments must be in the same brand new sellable condition they were sent in.
Minx & Pearl will only accept returned garments if your intent to return has been indicated within 7 days of the date on the invoice issued and returned to us within 14 days. Store credits are valid for 3 months (we can negotiate this time with you if you contact us), and can be used to purchase any item online, or at our flagship store at Port Douglas.
Please allow up to 7 days, once we have received your returned items we will email you with your credit voucher.
