Can my order be tracked?  Yes it can! Once your item is packed & dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with tracking details. Please be aware that the tracking link takes about 12 hours to update. Before contacting us to query the whereabouts of your goodies, please track your item using the code you are given by going onto the Australia Post website which you will find here. You can also call them directly, they will be able to give you more accurate information than we will. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse the timing of it's delivery will depend on Australia Post and our shipping partners and is out of our control. Thanks for your understanding beauty xx

How do I place an order?  When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply choose your size & click on "Add to Cart". Once you have finished browsing & adding items to your cart, click on "Checkout" in the top right hand corner to confirm your items. After you have made any changes you then choose "Checkout" for payment with PayPal..

How can I pay for my order?  We accept payment via the preferred methods - Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. We also accept Bank Deposit (Australia only). Please note with Bank Deposit you must make payment ASAP. If the payment has not cleared in our account after 3 business days the order will be cancelled. Your items will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
